Performers wanted for new musical theatre group- Newcastle upon Tyne

I am at present running an ad on Gumtree, asking for anyone with stage experience to help me set up a new musical theatre group in the Newcastle/Gateshead area.
So far I have written 10 new musicals. Only one drawback though, the company performing them are the 'York Stars’ (who are obviously based in York). I met their director ‘Charlotte Gray’ when her group helped me present some of my music for an Oxfam concert and was so taken up by my work she has already produced three with very good reviews. As her company could not afford the costs involved in playing outside the area, I am very keen to form a new society to present these works here in the North East. It would be ideal if I could raise the finance to set this up professionally, but in this economic climate I’m afraid that kind of money is impossible to find. However there may be some out of work artistes who may feel it advantageous to be occupied in theatre work and be seen, rather than sitting at home doing nothing.

I know this is a lot to ask, but because of the nature of this proposal, this venture could attract a lot of media publicity.
