AVA Model Mgt is running a fantastic competition to find an international modeling star. With a new season of fashion and a new year coming up to develop successful careers, AVA's experienced management team is currently submitting our represented models to our international contacts and getting great results for our Australian models. overall winner receives professional fashion portfolio shoot, model folio, international casting submission with a leading agency in either Europe or USA, a full course of model classes.
All finalist new faces who are signed up to our Sydney fashion agency during the competition will win a free casting multimedia package and a photographic modelling class.

Please note we are a boutique management agency who are very selective on whom we choose to have on our books. We only take on people who fit the fashion model industry criteria, have a passion for the industry and are prepared to be dedicated in getting their career moving forward. If we consider you have a chance for the fashion modelling industry at this level you will be expected to respect constructive advice from professionals.

AVA Model Mgt only represents models/talent whom we genuinely believe have a chance for a career in this competitive industry.
We do prefer that if you are already exclusively represented by a modelling agency then please don't apply at this time.

*If we contact you it means that you've been shortlisted for a management consultation and we will organize an appointment with you to come into the agency for an initial meeting.

*We don't charge agency joining fees.

Please note that If your photographic folio is not fashion ready or complete we will advise you on third party industry level photographers at negotiated rates to help you get ready for local and international fashion modelling and production markets. Any photos or training we advise you on will always be your choice to proceed. Your model book, comp cards and other industry tools are discussed clearly prior to your joining the agency.
