I am a 21 year old woman living in Connecticut. I have been acting for six years, and singing since I was a toddler. I love being a member of a team, working with others, and having the opportunity to learn new things. I strongly believe that once a thespian has been given the opportunity to portray a character on stage or screen, that individual no longer exists; the thespian becomes that character as long as they are a member of the cast. However, I also feel that a good actor or actress will bring their life experiences, opinions, and morals to the character they are playing. The key is to find a balance! Being prepared is a large part of the job. Not only are you responsible for bringing your character to life, you are responsible for adapting to whatever changes come your way, no matter what they are. I relish the opportunity to play well written and believable characters. Within those parameters, I'll play any character I am given. The challenge is what makes acting rewarding!
