Orla has performed as a soloist with the RTE National Symphony Orchestra as part of the new contemporary opera "Shelter Me From The Rain" which was commissioned by the Carlow Arts Council under the Art Commissioning Scheme and was produced in the GB Shaw Theatre, Carlow and aired on RTE Lyric FM.
Television/Film appearances include: On Home Ground, The most fertile man in Ireland & Ireland AM.

Travelled with the Irish Variety Concert Ensemble as Soloist to perform at the Mid-summer Norton and Almwick Festival, The Annual Celtic Festival (Ghent, Belgium) and the 58th Llangollen International Musical Festival (Wales).

Sang at a special mass for Therese of Leiseux, Corps-Nuds, (France).

Performed the Sean O’Riada Mass for the parents and children of Irish Decendents, (Buckinghamshire).
