SHANAQUI's increasing success seems to be happening so quickly, but in reflection ,I realise that I've been working at my songs for the last 7 years! I've put alot ot time, effort and money(recording studio) into making my dream/destiny come true so please god it is/will... finally pay off. All of my songs speak the truth addressing real life situations , some are light-hearted and others have very deep lyrics but whether its a fast or easy going song everybody in the whole world can relate to them. I wrote them straight from the heart not just to a snazzy beat. Not only are the songs universal that every single person in the world could relate to either through personal experience or indirectly, but I am very entertaining!. I'm in my element performing and the audience can feel that high spirited vibe and it gives them a great buzz.
