Lighting Technician for Marella Cruises Contracts

PEEL Talent are seeking Light Technician to join our Award Winning Entertainment Teams
on-board our international fleet of Marella Cruise ships.
Food, accommodation, flight tickets are covered by the company along with discounted prices to most facilities on-board.
Contract length 9 – 12 months
Requirements & Qualifications
Preferably a technical qualification
Preferably experience working either on a cruise ship or theatre production
Experience working with equipment such as, ETC Ion and/ or Grand MA2 lighting desks.
Basic troubleshooting and quality control
Operating, setting up lighting and general maintenance
Experience in technical stage set ups and pack downs.
Operating lighting shows from pre-designed production books.
Ensuring the correct usage and storage of technical and staging resources, reporting any faults, damage and/or replacement requirements to the Stage Manager
Must be able to work well with others. You will be part of our technical team alongside our entertainment production team and guest entertainers
Knowledge and Skills
Good level of English, reading and writing
Knowledge of lighting desks; Grand MA2 and/ or ETC Ion
Be able to maintain technical equipment and report back to SMT.
