We require a Team Leader to oversee Santa and his Elves and customer service within our theatrical retail event at Kingfisher Shopping Centre, Redditch.
Daily tasks include:
Helping children to believe in Santa
Use of the till point
Greeting families
Staff reporting
Restocking Santa’s sacks
Cashing up & banking
Demonstrating exceptional customer service

Christmas Grotto Team Leader - Redditch
Successful candidates often demonstrate customer service experience, tidiness and time management. Great Grottos provide a full training programme during which you will learn of the techniques necessary to professionally manage your Grotto, inclusive of a dedicated manager’s training day.
