“EDSM” is a queer horror about loneliness, pleasure and how far we go to escape ourselves. We follow Elias, lonely and suffering from erectile disfunction, as he attempts to find a meaningful connection with another man. He is looking for true intimacy, instead of a fleeting physical connection. Along his search, he comes into contact with the mysterious Twink, who gives him an unforgettable night of pleasure (sexual activities implied on screen only) beyond Elias’ wildest dreams, but it comes with a terrible cost. Elias has to decide how far he is willing to go to escape himself and his loneliness without letting himself be corrupted by the sadistic Twink. We are VCA student filmmakers so the project will be deferred payment.

Audition / Rehearsal / Production dates

Shooting dates will be on the 13th and 16th of February and rehearsal dates will be chosen based on performers availabilities.

Elias

Elias is lonely and desperate. He struggles with erectile dysfunction and OCD, which manifests as a repetitive tick. He is shy, isolated and alone, and above all he needs someone to love and be loved by. His desperation to find a connection takes him to Tinder, where a chance encounter risks corrupting his kind and gentle nature.

Twink

The Twink is cold and calculating. He does not want a romantic connection; all he cares about is pleasure, and he will find it any way he can. He is cruel, and willing to manipulate anyone into getting what he wants- complete control. Able to corrupt even the gentlest soul, the Twink is a nightmare, tattooed, scarred and twisted.
