This is a student project. The film, named 'a tempo', is a story about a music student (Ben), whose seeking for approval and jealousy of his friend lead to self-sabotage.

I will only shoot one dinner scene, which focuses on the tension between Ben and his mum.

This can be a good opportunity to develop your portfolio.

Audition / Rehearsal / Production dates

Shooting will be in late November.

Job payment

Unpaid – this is a collaboration opportunity - Student film, food can be provided

Collaborations should create mutual benefit and are usually amateur, student or 'Time for Print' projects.

Ben

Ben is passionate about music, but his passion does not bring him success or appreciation. He lacks confidence and is bears his mum's mental abuse.

Male, aged 18 to 25

Erika is a single mum who is depressed about her life. She does not respect her son and gets agitated by everything. She is very domineering and oppressive to Ben, as she tries to cover her insecurity by showing her superiority and domination over Ben.
