Your film:
- must be shot in one continuous take
- must have camera movement
- must feature only one person on screen - no offscreen voices, no extras etc
- must run for 1 to 2 and a half minutes
- must not mention Coronavirus or the global pandemic

Anyone from around the world is welcome to submit for World Monologue Film Festival, so long as your film meets the requirements of the event and you have parental permission if you are under 18.
