Following my Dad and mum through the bush - I know how to survive in the wild eating natures spaghetti, making spears and keeping warm - Thats just from one plant, looking for kiwi or the rear Bittern or swimming the dogs in the river.
We made a home movie about Hunting for Moa I was probably only 7 then, well before I started Surfing.
flown in helicopters with Seabirds released Whitehead, Tomtits, Kaka, trekked up and down Mountains in search of Kiwi, huhu bugs, insects, Bats, Petrels and so so many more, known NZ wide by many scientists and conservationists and business owners and always having a great time.
